Case Result: Domestic Assault With A Deadly Weapon Reduced to Non-Domestic Simple Assault and No Contact Order Vacated.  

A couple had a heated argument that resulted in the husband alleged hitting his wife with a frying pan.  He was also charged with various other domestic charges.  After Attorney Ollman got involved and reviewed the case, he was able to convince the Attorney General to reduce the charges to a non-domestic smple assault.  This also resulted in getting rid of the no contact order, reuniting the family, and saving his client from a domestic felony conviction.
