Trespassing Charges Dismissed in Fall River District Court
September 2026
Attorney Jason Ollman successfully defended a college student charged with trespassing in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, after attending a house party with several other college students. The homeowner alleged that the students did not have permission to be on the property. The client had no prior criminal record and was concerned about the potential impact of a criminal charge on his education and future.
Attorney Ollman presented mitigating circumstances to the District Attorney and negotiated a resolution in Fall River District Court resulting in the trespassing charge being dismissed upon completion of 10 hours of community service. The client avoided a criminal conviction and maintained a clean record.
